To apply for a recruitment visa, please follow these steps:

Visit the Musaned website at the following link www.musaned.com.sa

Register a new account

The ID number will be verified through (Absher) the services of the Ministry of Interior, so you must make sure to register with Absher services in advance. For more details, you can visit the Absher services website of the Ministry of Interior www.moi.gov.sa

  • Fill out the basic information registration form
  • National ID number for citizens or residence for residents
  • First name
  • Family name
  • Date of birth (Hijri)
  • Mobile number
  • City

After registering the basic information, you will receive a text message on your mobile containing the Musaned activation code. Enter the “activation code” to fill out the form to register an account in Musaned.

  • Fill out the account registration form
  • Password: Choose a password that contains letters, numbers and symbols
  • Confirm password: Re-enter the chosen password
  • Mobile number: The number of the mobile registered in Absher
  • Email: To activate the Musaned account

After registering the account, you will receive an electronic link on your email containing the Musaned activation link. Click on the “Activation Link” to access your account

Log in

  • You are now registered in the Musaned system for issuing domestic worker visas
  • Click on the “Domestic Worker Visa Services” button
  • Click on the “Request Visa Issuance” button
  • Check readiness
  • Have the visa fees been paid? (2000) riyals
  • Are you registered in the General Organization for Social Insurance?
  • Employment status: According to proof of financial ability
  • Type of proof of financial ability: Salary definition from the private or government sector, or bank statement according to the number of visas allowed
  • Visa data
  • Profession: Select the profession for domestic workers
  • Nationality: Select the nationality for domestic workers
  • Destination of origin: Select the destination according to the country
  • Proof of financial ability
  • Salary definition: Enter the value of the monthly salary from the private or government sector
  • Bank certificate: Enter the value of the average monthly account from the bank certificate
  • Upload documents and attachments
  • Proof of financial ability
  • A copy of the family record or national ID
  • Agree to the pledge and acknowledge the privacy policy and terms and conditions
  • Issue the invoice for visa fees via (Sadad) and pay the amount within one day for the request to be sent

If sent, you will be notified of the status of the request within one business day via mobile number and email
